![]() In 2017, 70% of our co-op students received full-time offers into our Rotational Leadership Development Program. ![]() Our actuarial program provides co-op students and interns with development opportunities, mentorship and coaching, exam support and the opportunity to be advocates of their own career paths. We place roughly 70 students each year in a variety of challenging roles across a broad range of business units, giving students the opportunity to be involved in real work and challenging business decisions. Our Actuarial Co-op and Internship Program aims to attract the brightest, most talented and diverse students from universities across Canada. This program allows us to build and develop talent who will later join Sun Life in different entry-level roles or our Rotational Leadership Development Program upon graduation. Enterprise Services offers more than 150 co-op opportunities to students across Canada. ![]() Information Technology co-op students work within our Enterprise Services division in roles such as Business Systems Analyst, Web Application Developer, Project Management Specialist, Business Data Engineering (Big Data), Mobile Developer and Project Co-ordinator.
